Please help with MySQL + PHP (URGENT)

Hello there,

I have just downloaded this arcade games script from http://www.freeturnkey.net/scripts.html and I can't follow the installation instructions because I know nothing about SQL or PHP unfortunately.
That is why I would need your help for setting this site up.

If someone could configure it for me that would be great, or if not, please guide me through and explain to me these instructions thoroughly.

These are the instructions but I do not understand what he means by "Install the tables from.. ". What do I do with these as it's just a notepad file?

The other steps are also unclear for me:

How do I make the games and images writable (If they're not already?) and what information do I have to add to the specific file?

Please someone that works with this kind of stuff, I would be grateful if you'd help me.

1. The .sql file is used to create the required tables into a mysql database. To install them you can use PHPMyAdmin and import the .sql file, which should then install all the needed tables.

2. You can assign the chmod to 0777 in your ftp client, that you use to upload files onto your virtual server( if you are trying to install it on a virtual server ). How it is done depends on what client you are using.

3. The db.cnf.php file, looking at the name sounds like a configuration file that holds the database information, not sure about this, need to see the file to know what it needs. If it is the configuration file, then you will need to insert the information the scirpt needs to access your mysql server( host, username, password, database name ).
