Please help with problem using VSO convert X to DVD

G'day,
I've have used VSO convert X to DVD for about two years now without any problems. but over the last week it refuses to write and I keep recieving the message. (Write error at 101072(16)-Code 05 21 02 Illegal request, Invalid Address for write). I have followed the link included with the error message which tells me that the problem is either inferior discs or my write speed is to fast. I am using Verbatim and and I dropped my speed from 8 down to 4 but I still recieve the same message. I have also tried removing and re-installing the program three times without any results. I've also checked the computer for viruses and malware but the results come up clean. Does anyone have any ideas Please.:-o
