Please Help! with spyfalcon

A program called spyfalcon keeps installing on my computer and wont go away. It is somehow blocking all searching of hwo to get rid of it, so I thought to just come here. I think aI got rid of mssearchnet but spyfalcon wont leave and I ran my virus scanner and it doesnt detect anythig, I am using antivir xp. help please.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
