   I am goig through the steps for malware removal and I am having trouble installing spybot. During installation I get an error message saying that a connection with the server could not be established (i am connected to the internet) Setup said "setup is now downloading additional files to your computer" the file name is updallocator.php the status says resolving www.safer-networking.org. Please help!!
