Please Help!!!!!

My computer has slowed down to nothing on the web. It has taken me 3 minutes to get this message to post. This started just this week and I have no idea what is happening. This is my HJT log:

The read me section was very helpful but didn't change anything. This is my HJT log:

 

I have looked at everything that is in the read me file. There is nothing to uninstall via add/remove programs. MSConfig is in the normal mode. My quarantine files are delted and the recycle bin is empty. I've run CCleaner. Hidden files can be viewed. I have run my anti-virus several times and I've run Ad-Aware twice. The virus and firewall program I use is Charter High Speed Security Suite. I do not know what malware is on my PC, or even if there is malware. I have never had a problem like this before and every forum I've seen says to post a Hijack This log. To be honest I don't even know what Hijack this does. All I know I know is that until this week my PC was very fast on the web and now it takes forever for anything internet related to load. I have spoken to customer service at Charter and they say that the signal I am getting is very strong. What is the next step?
