Please Help!

Hello,
Please help me, I am going crazy. I've tried my PcCillin anti virus and spyware scan, adaware scan, spybot scan the whole 9 yards and for some reason they will just not detect the bugs I have!
I did a restore and I guess it messed things up more, because now most of my files that were on start up are saying missing file, like weatherbug and AIM... They pop up say somethings missing.
And I am also getting this popup saying cannot find vturo.exe.
When I try to close a file or folder by clicking the X, or going down the the bottom of the screen and right clicking and hitting close... For some wild reason they wont close.
Of course everythings taking ages to load... And so much more that I cant think of off the top of my head.
Also everything that the spy and virus programs fix, somehow pops right back up the next time I run it...
I got a new pop up when I restart as well, it says "winlogon.exe encountered a problem...." (think this may have been fixed with my most recent virus scan, but still would like to know what it is.....)
Every few mins to every hour my PcCillin pops up saying a new virus or adware has been found.
Anyway, here's my HJT log, hopefully one of you super smart people can help me, because when it comes to this I am lost LOL... I feel silly saying that, because I always thought I knew a benificial amount about computers, but when I saw this I was like.... DUH.... LOL!
