Please help

Trying to fix someones computer beleave it is a WinAntiVirus Pro virus. I cant get online with the computer so its hard for me to run some antivirus software. I've tryed to put on stuff like spybot search and destroy and SuperAntispy and a couple others including avg. But none of these seemed to of have removed it. A couple things spybot brung up that none of the others did was Stration.dtp, microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.taskmanager, and smitfraud-C.gp, i think there might of been one more. But it cant delete or quarentine any of them. None of the other ones will even find these. I tryed to use smitfraudfix.exe in safe mode but i got an error saying it couldnt do it because of a file in use.

Exaple of what its doing: Blue background that says waring: spyware has been detected on your pc. Your omputer has several fatal erros do to spyware.... Also pop ups every now and then saying winshell32 error. It had some winantiviris pro program on here I removed it. Also cant get into the task manager. I've tryed to enable it and also tryed taskmanger fix.

I have included the log from Hijackthis.

If someone could help me out fixing this it would be much apreciated.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

• If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
