Please help

    My computer has been running slow and redirecting to other sites not typed into searches. I ran Malwarebytes and it keeps saying it has successfully blocked access to a potential malicious site about every 3 minutes, but it does not find anything.
    I tried running TDSSkiller. It would not run. Downloaded the fix. It would not run.
    Moved on to Compfix. Ran it all night in safe mode and all it managed to do was freeze up the computer.
    Next moved on to Rkill. No issues found.
    Now I have tried MBRcheck and finally found something.

    I have no clue where to go from here. Do I have to restore? I am not very computer savvy incase you have not noticed.

    Please follow these instructions:

    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    In the meantime, boot to your Vista CD, choose Command prompt and type these followed by the enter key:
    bootrec.exe /fixmbr
    bootrec.exe /fixboot

    Reboot and re-run MBRCheck. Attach that log also.
