please help

i have 3 pcs 1 xp, 1 me and 1 98,

im trying to share files and the internet between them (i know i cant have both at the same time without being a security risk, im going to buy a broadband router soon)

For the meanwhile, i have my xp and me computer working sharing files, but my 98 computer cant, i have tcp/ip ready, the ip adresses are on the same network, they are connected with a hub.

For some reason, when i double click on "entire network" i get an error "unable to browse network, the network is not accessible, for more info contact the network troubleshooter (which is terrible)"

Neither of the other pc's can see the 98 computer any idea why? anyone please?
