please help

heres my hijack log and well my problem is its saying my harddrive is full i got somethin really wrong weather its a virus or spyware i dont know and i cant run a symnatec check and ive done everything else i cant restore cause it says your harddrives full clean it up yadadada and i have a 23 gig drive and i know im only using about 6 gigs of it i dont know what to do i cant reformate cause i lost my disc someone plz help me i have a run in a game tonight and this is important i get it fixed

 

For these entries you will need to run Spybot S&D but before you do the scan go in Advanced Mode and uncheck ALL of the ignored items then do the scan.

After you do the above, run these online virus scans:

TrendMicro Online Scan
Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
TrojanScan online scan

After you finish these online scans, reboot and post a fresh HJT log from normal mode.
