Please help.!!!!!

Please can you offer some help and advice!!!

I recently bought my parents a McAfee home suite and installed it for them. once installed, i had around 78 adware files that i stupidly deleted )not cleaned or quarantined.
once i re booted the sytem i had two notices come up on start up. the first one read.....

" either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. please run microsoft outlokk and set it as the default mail client".

the second one reads.....

"m3Skin.DLL

reinstall may fix this problem.
M3SKPLAY.EXE

Microsoft outlook."


Please could you help, i thought i was helping them but feel i may have messed up their computer..

hi there, thanks for info, just phoned my parents and my mum says it is on add/remove but when you press the button. it says ..error loading, C/progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\3.bin\mwsbar.dll
this specified module could not be found.

any ideas???

i am a real novice here and not sure how to proceed.
how do i get hijackthis??
do i need to find C:\programs files\mywebsearch
do i run it???
