please help

    i can't believe how incredibly messed up my computer is right now. i had something called alphacleaner that installed itself on my system. i tried to remove it via spybot, then when i restarted my computer, i got an error message saying that explorer.exe failed to initialize. all i can see on my screen is my background and my cursor. i'm able to do some things like access the internet via taskmanager but i can't do things like access my cdrive. i really don't know what to do. please help

    Run HijackThis and select the below line:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [licli] li.exe

    Then close all browser windows and click fix. Then reboot into safe mode and delete

    C:\Windows\system32\li.exe

    Now reboot normal mode and run standard cleaning procedures below which should have been run before posting. Also please do not post any logs in line. They must be attachments.

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
