Please help :)

Ugh, where to start.

Basicly this is a shared PC and my brother goes on Rom sites, and other stuff, my mum uses outlook. I don't even know how much stuff must be on this PC.

I've tried to remove most of it. But it still turns itself off at times, and once even shut itself down properly :S Also starting up, it ALWAYS acts as if the pc hasn't been shut down, and gives the safe mode option. Plus NOD32 doesn't start up when I log in anymore. I have to manually start it.

Your HijackThis log gives no indications of an infection. The behavior you are describing could be caused by corrupt drivers or failing hardware.

If you post in the software forum, you'll get excellent help sorting this out if it is being caused by corrupt drivers.
