Are you running a firewall or anti-virus because I do not see one running.

Otherwise, I dont see any problems. Dont care for AOL, too many toolbars, startup items, etc., but if you like AOL, thats all good.

Well there is one malware service running:

    O23 - Service: FreezeScreenSaver - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\FreezeScreenSaver.exe

And a couple of files to delete:
    c:\windows\system32\f3PSSavr.scr
    c:\windows\downloaded program files\f3initialsetup1.0.0.15.inf

But fixing these will not necssarily cure your issues with a slow PC. That problem is more than like due to all the stuff you are running that is not malware but is just not needed.

And Major_Attitude is correct, you need a firewall but it will also have an affect on PC performance. This is a necessary trade off. You also have no antivirus and no realtime spyware blocker programs run. These are also absolute necessities.

Click on Start, then Run ... type services.msc into the box that opens up, and press 'OK'. On the page that opens, scroll down to FreezeScreenSaver ... then right click the entry, select 'Properties' and press 'Stop Service'. When it shows that it is stopped, next please set the 'Start-up Type' to 'Disabled'. Press 'OK' until you get back to Windows.

Next, run HJT, but instead of scanning, click on the "None of the above, just start the program" button at the bottom of the choices. At the lower right, click on the 'Config" button, and then the Misc tools' button ... select 'Delete an NT Service" ... copy/paste the following into the box that opens, and press "OK":

    FreezeScreenSaver

If you receive any error messages just ignore them and continue.

Now exit HJT and reboot when it tells you it needs to.
After reboot delete the below files:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\FreezeScreenSaver.exe
    c:\windows\system32\f3PSSavr.scr

Additional step to delete files in the Downloaded Program Files folder :
    - Click Start, Run, and enter cmd in the box and click OK. This opens a command prompt windows.
    - Enter the following command lines each followed by the enter key
    cd C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\
    attrib -r -h -s f3initialsetup1.0.0.15.inf
    del f3initialsetup1.0.0.15.inf
    exit
