Your MWB's log shows that you did not fix anything it found. Please re-run it and have it fix those items. Then attach the new MWB's log as well as a new MGLogs.zip by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file.

 

The scans took care of the malware....I am not seeing any problems in your MGLogs...though you do need to uninstall thru add/remove programs your out of date Java:
Java 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.3.1

Reboot and download and install:
Java Runtime 6

You may need to post in the software section for your slowness issues....assuming you have defragmented the drives and used a startup manager to remove unnecessary items.
