Please someone help me out!

I have been having trouble with my computer for a long time . It runs so slow and I have done scans from bitdefender, ccleaner,cwshredder,spybot and ewido and the only thing I get is 14 errors from ewido and they keep comming back. I will copy the report . I also cannot do the windows updates because if downloads so many files and then my computer really goes slow. Any help is appriciated.
