"please wait while connection is beeing established" - accessing system recovery?

Hello everyone,

I already read a few threads about how to get rid of the Problem but i can't access the system recovery Options.
The advanced boot options leave me with only 4 choices including the different save modes and starting windows normally.
I can't use the second method either since i don't have the recovery disc anymore.

The OS is Windows 7 64bit.

I did everything the site said including disinfecting the registry and a complete scan of the system through their tool. I can now boot windows normally again.

Thanks for your help and next time I'll make sure I try this first before taking up your time.
