plenty off probs

    Hi, my first post and i'm no expert so please be gentle.
    Probs started when bitdefender wouldn't run. un-installed and re-installed but keeps telling me its not a win32 application.
    Spybot, ccleaner, windows defender and avg all refusing to run.

    Every time i try to start in safe mode i get a blue screen windows error and have to start in normal mode.
    The rest of my computer seems to be running ok. After reading posts it seems i have some sort of virus.
    Can you help please and remember i'm no expert so you will have to talk me through it.

    hi, iv'e done all the things i can that you recomend. still cant get ccleaner to work so i cleaned with Cleanup. Still can't get spybot to work either. Iv'e done a hijackthis log.

    Hi

    Sadly no this hijackthis log does not help, as you did not follow the instructions given above by Chaslang, hijackthis on its own and when not installed properly and with the main hijackthis.exe name changed, will not find some of the new malwares so you will still be infected.

    If you couldnt run some of the applications listed as the guide mentions, please tell us why and what the errors where, these may be crucial. Also if you could run Hijackthis then you should have been able to run MGTools which has Hijackthis built in and installs and changes the .exe file for you, so all automatic.

    Please do follow the guide as all we wish to do is help you, but you have to do your part in helping us to do this.
