Your message does not make complete sense. What do you mean you "cannot open my hard drive"? Do you just mean that in Windows Explorer you cannot open a session to the C:\ root folder? Do you mean that My Computer in general does not open? What happens when you try this? If you believe there is a file named C:_.vbs that is causing you problems. Just delete it from a command prompt window.
