Pls help cant find my sound driver

Other drivers are okay accept Sound card driver i install it auto restart... So i think it's incompatible with it and here the report for Everest hope u guys can help me out...

Then click drivers and downloads to the left of the page. A window will pop up. Click the Find Product tab.

Then in the drop down box select

1. Desktops and All-in-Ones

3. NetVista Personal Computer

5. LPA
6. Your OS, xp service pack 3
