Pls help me removing Virtumondo and Trojan

I've been observing the adware problem for past few days in my laptop. Microsoft antispyware is able to detect it but not able to delete. I've genereated log file using the HijackThis.
I've attached both HiJackThis log file and the screen shot of the spyware/adware detected by MS Antispyware. Plz advice me what needs to be done and how to get rid of this. Will be looking forward to hear from you asap.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
