   Before continuing, empty your Norton NPROTECT folder.
   
   Please follow the instructions in step 7 of the READ & RUN ME an attach a HijackThis log too. Also you did not post the log from Bitdefender as per step 6's instructions. All you posted is a summary that does not help us. If you follow those steps exactly you will get the correct log which is an html file saved as a text file.
