Pls help with nakibehi.dll file error (WinXP)

Hi,
I recently began receiving the following error messsage:
"*.exe - bad image - the application or dll c:\windows\system32\nakibehi.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your install disk."

I used an * above because I get this error now no matter what app (exe) I try to run. I couldn't find any reference to this dll in the Microsoft knowledge base, I even goggled it & got nothing. I have run virus, spyware, & registry scans, nothing. I have even tried a windows repair, no luck.
Does anyone know what this file is or why this might be happening? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
