pls helpppppppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone there,
i am noviice so pls e patient with me I would like to ask someone to look at my HijackThis log file. I have cleaned computer, checked it with Evido; Spyware doctor. adaware and other things. It shows me that everything is fine. But it's not.internet gets very slow sometimes.my reg files keep changing all the time. in registry 'Magnet" appears that i clean from registry and it keeps coming back. When i try to do online scannning with panda or trend micro it is bloccked. In registry i have found folders like begin2search; a.d.a.w.a.r.e; porn; kazaa and so on. They have been prepared for silent downl*oad i think. I remove them, they keep coming back. There is presencce of file $KAVICH$ too. i don't know is that in relation with Kaspersky lab that i have removed or it is some trojan. every try to search for trojans ccomes back as clean. My sound is not working at all. My drivers cannot be activated.It sais 'the specified module cannot be found" and i am sick of this computer. and i need it for my work. i have noticed that my dll files start disapearing and sys. on original cd when i try to run them again like nothing has found. it is winXp home.

thanks,i will do it again just it doesn't aloow me to run any scans online. it blocks them all.Maybe it is ccause i ma runing Firefox instead of ie6. i'll do it all and post it again. thanks very much for your reply.

i am doint it all right now so once i finish it i wil post all findings on my computer f the troubles don't go away.
