plz help me

Hi I have followed you steps to help get rid of mal ware etc....I have included in this thread my HJT log and I have also included the details of my problem...

I have in the tool bar at the bottom right near the clock a little icon apeared that flashies from a circle with a line through it into a disables signe ie a man in a wheel chair.....if that make ANY sense..... I have on my system AVG and Agnitum outpost firewall I also have ad-adware SE personal and ccleaner and error nucker. I have ran alllll of these and they did delete "my problem" but it has some how arrived back again. This is very annoying. Please help me.

I have also done done the scans in safe mode.

Sorry I managed to get a freeze screen of the error message....obviously this is taken from print screen.....the picture shows the icon in the tool bar and if you see it shows two diffrent icons one of a circle with a line through it and another that looks to be a disabled signe it just flashed between those to icons.....the message you see displays itself ever 2 mins aprox and if clicked on takes you to here... http://www.spywarequake.com/?aff=247
