plz help!!!!!! win xp

My friends computer has trend micro internet secruity. It has picked up on a trojan which is named TROJ_SMALLTRO.BH and also a virus named A0040555.exe. it also had refog free keylogger on it and after uninstalling it trend micro came up with a program has been blocked from making changes in system32 the name of it is _iu14D2N.TMP.

I am wondering what i am able to do to fix these problems..

i am not sure about runing the read & run me first due to it not being my computer

Hello, nez1992

A temporary file with a name like "_iu14D2N.tmp" is created when you uninstall a program that used Inno Setup as its installer. The reason the file remains in the directory after the uninstall process has completed is that Windows does not allow running executables to delete themselves. So what it does is schedule the file to be deleted automatically the next time your computer is restarted.

There have been suggestions that it belongs to Inno Setup http://en.wikipedia.org./wiki/InnoSetup

The ONLY way for us to help you find out whether there is further malware to be removed is to run the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and attach the requested logs.
