plz help

    recently I've been using dev c++ a c++ compiler and I've been getting problems. For one, the cmd.exe (command prompt) says its being used by another program, but Im not using anything else. 2nd, the task manager button is disable in the taskbar as well as ctrl+alt+delete doesnt load the task manager. 3rd in start menu run button as well as the shutdown button are gone. What could be the problem? plz help thank you
