Plz Help

ok i have windows XP SP2 and my internet and all other programs have been running very slow

Internet Explorer always laggs and takes all my cpu usage so its constantly at 100%

I check for viruses and i have none.

I think the problem might be because i have only 512mb of RAM but im not sure if thats it so can u please tell me if thats it or is there another reason?

Go to Task Manager and look how many do you run at this time.
Can you look in Task Manager and tell me what process is using the most resources?

 

Its going up and down between 90% and 100%

and whenever i click to go to a new webpage the iexplore.exe goes to 80-90
