pmm password update?

I get this pop up like twice a day

Aside from the pop up i really encounter no issue ( like lag, freezing, random unwanted things).

I just recently started getting this like 3 days ago. And to be honest i haven't really downloaded anything or installed anything new that i can remember ( not even windows updates).

Any help knowing what is actually causing this? I forgot to take a screenshot but ill post one once i get the pop up again.

Scanned my pc and everything appears to be clean.. actually i rarely if ever get anything bad. Maybe once every month i might get some really low adware.

I noticed superantispyware sometimes detects some scan log texts as trojans??
