pmnlj.dll winfixer is not FIXING anything! please help!

so im usually pretty good at this kinda thing.. but this one is out of my league. this blasted pmnlj.dll file will not go away. i have run vundofix, adaware, virus scans, spy bot search and destroy.... everything! and 10 times over in safe mode....
can you please help me out here? thanx

Hi, sorry I should have worded my last post better.
I have done all the steps in the sticky thread. The bitefender scan will not run, it says it can not update the virus definitions. I ran panda active scan again just now.

adaware, spybot, windows anti spy and malicious software removal are all up to date with current definitions.
