so what is everyone doing over the weekend??

im off to my girls till sunday night and we might be going to hunstanton not that it aint a great place

Watching rugby. Drinking beer.

 

Tomorrow daytime we are spending the day spoiling our grandaughter who just reached the age of 9, then in the evening our nephew's school has a charity fundraiser dinner. Sunday we are gonna collapse in a big heap!

 

lots of beer to celebrate the last day of school for us final-years
then LOTS and LOTS of studying for the exams

 

well hope all your weekends went well mine didnt exsactally go to plan (not that i really had 1 ) but i had a great time any way

 

That's me for the next month and 5 days!

21st June, and I'll have my last exam - History with sources on Hitler's rise to power - can't wait to finish!!!



But yeh my parents went to some thing on saturday and then in their church service yesterday the priest did some speech on poems and famous poets.

For those of you who have now taken up reading Tennyson or Blake, POETS day is actually ANY Friday when you are at work.........it stands for Piss Off Early Tomorrow's Saturday

 

i was hoping to get people nagging to know what it is 1st lol i cant help it i just like windin people up lol

the US version is F.I.T.S. day..
F*** It Tomorrows Saturday day! today (wednesday) is hump day. half way to the week end.

 

the hawaiians are so sweet. its 'aloha friday' over here. same thing as 'poets day' but the big difference is that they actually do piss off early! half of the island shuts at lunchtime on friday. even my sons school kicks out at 12 noon. (get them in training young!!) aloha laurie

 

Hehe...my hubby taught me about Hump day a couple of weeks ago...I just thought he was trying his luck, until he explained
