alright we got the windows vista home premium service pack 1. and when we try we try to play pogo it gives the error limages can't be loaded due to bunch of bs. so we downgraded ie 7 to. uninstalled java. did an old one. taht didn't work then went to a new one. didn't work, turned off all possible blockers.. put pogo in trusted sites and even turned on all after that and the image error is still coming up. everything on my mother's desk top is all the game as whats on my laptop. same vista the ie 8 or 9 whichever the newest is and the newest java. while i use Verizon wireless modem she went from dial up to comcast internet and they hasn't made a different. though on my laptop i can play pogo just fine no problems what so ever. Pogo told her it was microsoft. and microsoft told her it was pogo and then told her i was the ie and then the java. we have done everything possible and are bout to like break this computer cause its so stressful lol. its brand new not even 3 weeks old yet i believe and none of the tech support for these companies will actually lift a finger to help. will someone help me please. if someone can will you please contact me through aim or yahoo. its the best way to get ahold of me. Thank you!

do you have something like spybot s&d that would have put blocked entries into your hosts file? you can get spybot to view your hosts file, and see if pogo.com is blocked. You might be blocking advertisements on the site, and they maybe required to play the games.

i noticed that the games are in a popup window. Do you have a popup blocker on? and if so, is pogo.com on your allowed list?

also make sure you have updated adobe flash as well.

No the spy-bot isn't on this computer. its a brand new computer. I'd prefer not to have to put programs on it because it isn't my computer to destroy. this computer and my laptop are both dells. will that have something to do with it? while my laptop is the studio 1537 i believe the desk top is a model inspiron 5375. i don't know its harder to explain when the person can't see for their self. but i can not put any software on this desktop
