Pogo & Vista

Hi everyone,
I just bought a new pc with Windows Vista. I have AOL. I cannot play any pogo games on this new pc. I get a green screen with the error message "Cannot load game images". I have updated my java, disabled pop ups, cleared all cache and temp files (for Java also). I have done these things numerous times. I got advice from AOL & Pogo, which was of no help. I still cannot load any games.
Has anyone had this problem? I see where others here have had Java problems, but none with Cannot Load game images.
Any help?

Hi

Did you in any of the things you did uninstall any old versions of JAVA also as Java does not update over itself but always installs a new version and leaves the older ones on your PC, this free application will uninstall all older versions and files from older Java versions from your PC, JavaRA ( run is as admin, so right click it and choose run as admin )

Then install the latest version of JAVA

Also update Adobe Flash too from here

What security software and/or popup blockers do you have installed? as I have read that in some instances some popup blockers ( toolbars with popup blockers ) can interfear with this online gaming area.

What the the support for POGO say for you to do to fix this?
