Pop Up Ads And Random Web Pages - Pckeeper And Sonic Train

My laptop's browsers, IE and Chrome both, launch random pages I don't request, and the pages are surrounded by ads from PCKeeper and Sonic Train. I ran the scans outlined in READ AND RUN ME FIRST. Various malware was found and removed, but the problem persists.

** I tried to attach the mbam and RK logs, but using the Upload a File button and navigating to those files would not allow me to see them in the look-up window, even though it said "All Files" under the File Type in the look-up window, it only showed certain types of file extensions as being included in the All Files list, and apparently the mbam and RK logs weren't in that list of file types.

 

I've tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. The file extensions on the logs -- mbam (xml) and RK (json) -- are not on the list of "All Files" allowed extensions. With IE and Chrome, when I navigate to the folders where the files are, I cannot even see the files. With Firefox, it shows me the files, but when I try to attach them to this message, it says The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. That error appears to be coming from this MG site
