pop-up help

I am trying to resolve a pop-up problem on a hp pavilion a620n. Until now there have been no AV softwares or anti-malware software. I have installed, updated, and run AVG free edition, and ad-aware. I have also run HiJackThis and "fixed" all the malicious items that I knew (aided by multiple process libraries and dll databases). After all of these attempts there are still frequent pop-ups of varying advertising companies, in repetition. They only occur while IE is open. I would prefer, if at all possible, to continue using IE. This is the latest log from the most recent HiJackThis scan

Can't think of anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
