Pop up & no right click prob

ok i think i posted my 1st thread in the wrong section so I'll post it here.

I am using windows ME and internet explorer and my internet was recently disconnected and I just noticed yesterday that I couldnt right click on ANY webpage at all. The dialogue doesnt show up but when I right click on my desktop....i see it. I am only having this problem on the net.

Plus I'm not getting the important pop up pages that I actually need to see. I get no pop up's at all. I turned my pop up blockers off but I still cant view anything. Its very very aggravating. I have a website to run and not being able to save any graphics or view other pages is slowing me down. It even happens on this website....you know where you click the "more" link to see more smilies on the right side over there.....even that page doesnt pop up anymore.

Please help me as soon as possible. I am so confused and getting pretty mad so I really really need someone's advice on how to fix these problems. Thanks
