pop-up problem

Ok, this pop-up problem is slightly different from others.
This pop-up comes up every 5 hours or so... eventhough it's every 5 hours, it gets annoying when you are doing something important and it interrupts you with a full-screen website.
I've tried spybot-search & destroy, ad-aware, and avast home.

This site comes up as http:go.itemdb.com/? with a really long name. This changes after 2 seconds because it directs me into another site. Other sites such as post-secondary, graphic design, love life, and other weird sites that a spyware program would not lead you to.

Can anyone help me solve my problem? I would really appreciate it.

 

Maybe spyware blaster would help. Have you immunized with spybot? I would also check your add/remove programs and remove any programs that should not be on there.

 

I've already tried SpywareBlaster, Spybot Immunization, and check each and every program I have. Found no problem... any other suggestions?
