I have done everything in your READ AND RUN ME FIRST thread and am still having an issue with popups and the blackworm virus. I have attatched the Bitdefender, Panda Active Scan, and Hijack this logs. Any help is most appreciated.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

First let's try fixing your Virtumonde problem!

Run this: Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Removal and attach the VundoFix log to you next message.

The below two lines in your HJT log indicated the Virtumonde problem.
    O2 - BHO: RawExecAction Object - {18898424-E3AB-4BA9-8E8D-5434B1CECA75} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\efccb.dll
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: efccb - C:\WINDOWS\System32\efccb.dll

In the belwo procedure with HJT I still show the above to be fixed (just a backup). They may already be gone or you may see a similar line with a message about the file missing. Fix them.

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
    O2 - BHO: RawExecAction Object - {18898424-E3AB-4BA9-8E8D-5434B1CECA75} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\efccb.dll
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: efccb - C:\WINDOWS\System32\efccb.dll

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.:

Now we need to Reset Web Settings:
    1. If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, goto step 2. If not, skip to step 3.
    2. Now right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK. Then skip step 3.
    3. If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.

Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now.

Reminder Note: Once we have determined you are malware free you will need to disable System Restore, reboot, and re-enable system restore per step 1 of the READ & RUN ME. This only applies to if using WinXP or WinMe.

The system seems to be working better now. I am still getting an error message from Norton that I had hoped this would fix. When I run live update it says:
The following updates have been aborted:
    > Norton AntiVirus Virus Definitions has 1 aborted update(s).
    Reason:
LU1875: This update failed during its preprocessing welcome text phase

Norton claims it might be a trojan horse and has a fix, but I ran the fix and it said I didn't have the trojan horse.

Any ideas. Thanks for the help, it's really awesome!

You need to attach the log from VundoFix as requested.

Perhaps you should just uninstall Norton, reboot and then reinstall!

You are running a very old version of Sun Java (part of the reason you got infected with Vundo). You must update immediately to version 5.0 update 6 at the below link and then uninstall all old versions.

Your HJT log is now clean!

Make sure the below files have been deleted:
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\hgdca.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ursrr.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\wvwtt.dll
