Pop-Ups Can't Change Desktop...

I'm running WinXP Professional. I'm having all kinds of problems here, I keep getting pop-ups that tell me there is spyware/malware on my computer and they want me to install this program (which I don't do), then I get this other pop-up that tells me that the adult sites I'm viewing are being recorded, and to install this program to clean my computer (again I don't do it), but I can't remember the programs that it's wanting me to install.
I did all the scans that I was told to do in the Read and Run thread, but I can't attach them, because when I click the button (I just tried again) the page acts like it's freezing, and then just comes back to this, no pop-up comes up! I have pop-up blockers, but it's disabled, so I have no clue what the problem is there.

If you have followed the guide below to the letter then paste them into a new post and one of us will attach them for you

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
