   You should uninstall MS Antispyware and only use the new Windows Defender. You do not want both of these installed.
   
   You need to follow step 7 of the READ & RUN ME exactly. You did not install HJT properly. Then you need to follow ALL steps in the below and address the issues mentioned above:
