Pop Ups not removed

    My husband uses Chrome. We thought we had him pretty protected but he's managed to get two or three pop-up type sites that the malware removal didn't see to remedy.
    They are:
    The Young and the Restless Video - 9/12/2014 - CBS.com
    www.cbs.com This just randomly comes up 'whenever' - I don't even know what triggers it... but it's something to do with earning points on cbs.com

    the other is:

    www.ctsrda.com
    This one pops up on NETFLIX! (or at least when my husband did it.)

    I'm not posting the logs yet as I'm not sure these relate to all I did. I thought I'd check first then I'll add the logs if you all feel I need to.

    Its the only way we can provide you proper support but if you want to first try just resetting Chrome back to defaults then you can try the below:
