    Hi Folks !!!
Was doing my weekly scan procedure, using Ccleaner, Spybot - Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware and finally Avast Home Edition.
My Avast scanner found Win32:CTX, i was panic-stricken ar first,, but then realised that its a false positive.
I had been doing the Read & Run Me steps a few weeks ago, and had used Panda Active Scan, therefore the win32:ctx alarm.

Anyway, the problem is today morning when i tried to access Majorgeeks homepage, a pop-up appeared. My Ad-aware pop-up stopper i.e. Ad-watch shows that its from realarcade.com.
I was confused. And was just wondering was it only me who got this pop-up , or its a part of majorgeeks.
Anyway, i couldnt help but go through the Read & Run Me procedure at that very moment,, and came up with these results.

Hopefully, its nothing serious. Please go through the reports and let me know whats wrong.

PS : And also, last night when i was playing the Grand Theft Auto game,, my wireless mouse was getting hanged constantly. Im sure its not the battery, cos i have checked that.

You don't show any signs of malware. Also realarcade.com is part of RealNetworks which is not a malware site. You have RealPlayer installed and I would assume you use. If you don't then uninstall it. I doubt the popups you believe you are having are related to having this installed though.

You would have to explain exactly when your get these popups but they are not malware.

    Thanx for ur reply !!!
Well.....the pop-ups appeared once when i opened Majorgeeks homepage, and once when i opened Kaspersky Online-Scanner page.

And i do have Real Player installed,, but i dont use it that much. And yeah, i think those were the only time when the pop-up appeared. Havent been seeing them for now.

I was afraid it was some malware,, cos this never occured before. Hope i wont be seeing them again.

    Thanx though !!!

PS : Before i forget, the night before the pop-up appearing,, i had installed Aquarium_Desktop_2006. Could it be from that ?? I thought it would be from that, so i uninstalled them.

Is it a legit version or did you download one of the cracks for it? However again, either way I doubt they would send you to a site owned by a legit company like RealNetworks.
