pop ups

    hi ppl, having problems with my computer, small yrellow triangle flashing ast bottom right of screen saying my computer is infected, pop ups are appearing a number of times a day, and some of them is in adult material, can anyone help me. i have run the READ ME FIRST PROGRAMES, and it hasent fixed the problem. when i try the hijackthis, for some reason i cant get it working.

    Have you run ALL OF THE STEPS (online scans too) in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    If you have run them all, please continue with below.

    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    If you still cannot get HijackThis working, describe in more detail what you problem with using HijackThis is.

    i downloaded hijackthis and clicked open, it said acess to the device or file is denied

    hi, when i try and disable system restore, when i click on properties there is no performance tab.
