pop3

Having another problem with someones outlook. For some reason a prompt for a pop3 username and password keeps coming up. she can send and receive emails just fine as far as i know. we have one exchange server, no front end/back end. i dont think she has any sort of automatic forwarding from an external email service. she uses hotmail and forwards the email manually occasionally.

anyone know what causes that to come up?
