PopUp Error message

Hello

Since Sunday I have this horrible Popup error message that appears for no particular reason, approximately 10 min after my computer is on.

The message is related to no program, and AAW, Spybot or AVG won't remove it.

It just says :

Sometimes, the error n° changes to 00F24225. (Well, these are the two I've noted).

Does anyone have the similar problem, or can imagine a solution?

I ran HJT and "Fixed" the suspect items as explained in the Post-It thread (very nice job there, thanks a lot, very helpful!). But the problem just came back.

No process in the task manager seems to be related to the error box...

Lest rule out a few things, lets start with a HJT log.
