Popup woes

    Hey all, I seem to be having trouble with popus. They are appearing randomly whenever I have a browser open (even when I'm on websites that I know don't have popups).

    Symantec AntiVirus is telling me that I have QoolAid, and I have no idea how to get rid of it. So I'm turning to you all for any help you can offer :)

    Anyways, I followed the Read + Run thread's instructions, so I'm posting the logs below.

    Again, any help you can offer would be great!

    Here are the logs, in order, for BitDefender Pandascan and HJT.

    Note, I'm sorry for the stuff it found in quarentine, I thought I had followed the instructions to clean those out. Guess not :(

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    You need to follow the directions in the READ ME completely. The below logs must all be attached. You only attached 3 of them:

    runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
    CounterSpy - ONLY IF you were not able to run Windows Defender
    Bitdefender - from step 6
    Panda Scan - from step 6
    HijackThis

    Since you do have a Qoologic infection you should have run the below which is mentioned in the READ ME:

    Qoologic Removal Procedure

    Thanks a ton, seems to have worked! For some reason my brain didn't make the connection between Qoolaid and Qoologic. Anyways, thanks again!
