popups and malware

Hi,

Recently when I was browsing, Windows Antispyware 2007 with some other helper objects got installed on my machine. Then I started getting lot of popups even when IE is not running. Thanks to replies on this forum, I managed to remove OuterInfo popups. But IE on my machine was still running slow and I often felt that some suscpious program was executed in background at windows startup. Therefore, I ran combofix.exe and it generated the log below. I would appreciate if anyone could help me in removing any malware programs that may still be present on my computer.

Combo removed alot of the problems ...but we need you to follow READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

And attach the requested logs.
