POpups popups popups

I have ran all the malware remove according to the highjack this procedure. Down loaded and ran all the software that was posted. However I still have a problem with popups. I am using spyware doctor as my pop up blocker however that has not helped. I am running window XP as my operation system. I do keep getting a program called "tickfast.exe". What I have found out is this could be the culprit. I delete the program and all regisrty data related to it. However it keeps comming back. Also, all the popups have a "CID" in the URL. I am at witts end trying to figure out what is letting this stuff in. I am open to all ideas. Thank you in advance to anyone who can post some help.:eek

If you've run the procedures in the READ & RUN ME FIRST, please attach the requested logs. If you haven't gone through them, please do so and then attach the requested logs. The only way we can see what is causing the malware to reassert itself is to see what files are on your computer, and we can only see them with the logs. Also, the scans we have you run pick up a lot of bad things along the way. It's well worth your time.
