Popups when im not online...think i been jacked

plus a slue of other problems, ZEDO ads, command thing that wont delete from the thread about deleting stuff from the add& remove ...and something called new work moniter..... i ran the ewido scanner and spy bot ad aware... wont run the defender says i need sp2 and with all this stuff i cant get the system to verify so i can download any new updates....grrrr...so basicly i have crap to deal with....

oh and for those who know me....yes i am at yet another family members house who loves to click on things in their stupid sam emails they get (sigh)

Its 5am where im at.....so im off to bed been pissing with this since 6pm and im about spent...ill check back in a few hrs after some rest....

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

well after a week of messing with this...i desided to just reformate..

now im setting up her pc as it states in this awsome thread...

says i need windows insatler 3.1 or later??
