Porsche external

    I bought a 3 TB Porsche drive in order to format to EXFAT so I can move files from my PC to my new Mac. Per online research I need to format it on the PC. When I go to format it, the utility says the capacity is 345 MB, vs the 3 TB. To test my PC, I hooked up a known ok external drive and it read correctly. Is there something I need to do to fix or do I need to haul this back to the Apple store?:)
